Koranjurnal.co.id, Jakarta – Panglima TNI Jenderal TNI Gatot Nurmantyo mengajak semua kader Partai NasDem (Nasional Demokrat) untuk fokus memenangkan Presiden Joko Widodo kembali di Pemilihan Presiden (Pilpres) 2019.
Hal itu diungkapkannya usai partai politik yang dipimpin Surya Paloh itu mendeklarasikan dukungannya kepada Joko Widodo (Jokowi) pada Pilpres mendatang.
“Saya ingin mengajak semuanya, jangan berpikir saya jadi presiden tapi berpikirlah bagaimana negara ini jadi bangsa yang besar dan cari pemimpin yang cocok,” kata Panglima TNI saat menghadiri Rapat Kerja Nasional (Rakernas) Partai NasDem ke-IV 2017 di JI-EXPO Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat, Kamis (16/11/2017).
Gatot pun berandai-andai, apa yang akan terjadi pada pembangunan infrastruktur di Indonesia jika Jokowi gagal memenangkan pilpres yang akan datang.
“Bayangkan kalau nanti 2019 bukan pak Jokowi (yang menang). Presiden mengatakan infrastruktur apa itu? Hapus. Apa jadinya negara ini?,” tuturnya.
Karenanya, Gatot ingin pencapaian Jokowi yang sudah ada saat ini bisa dilanjutkan pada periode kedua pemerintahan mendatang yakni 2019-2022.
“Maka kita perlu ke depan, yang sudah punya tatanan sekarang berlanjut. Sehingga pembangunan bisa terwujud. Setelah itu ganti lagi enggak masalah. Ini karena sistem kita seperti ini,” ujar Gatot.
Dalam Rapat Kerja Nasional (rakernas) ke-IV, Partai NasDem resmi mendeklarasikan dukungannya untuk Presiden Joko Widodo pada Pemilihan Presiden (Pilpres) 2019 mendatang.
Ketua Umum Partai NasDem Surya Paloh mengatakan bahwa partainya tak akan berpaling sedikitpun dan akan tetap mendukung Joko Widodo.
Untuk itu partainya secara resmi kembali memberikan dukungan kepada Jokowi maju kembali dalam kontestasi Pilpres 2019 seperti dilansir kompas.com.

Budi Arie mengharapkan apa yang menjadi pilihan dari Jokowi, sosok pendampingnya dapat saling mengisi, memberikan dukungan dan menjalankan program pemerintahan dengan baik. “Kita berharap Wapres ini bisa melengkapi kelemahan-kelemahan dan kekurangan-kekurangan yang ada pada pak Jokowi, sehingga Wapres ini membuat gerak pak Jokowi ini lebih cepat dan lebih mantab untuk menjalankan program-program pembangunan yang dijanjikan oleh pak Jokowi,” paparnya.
“Projo nga pernah marah wapres siapapun yang dipilih Jokowi. Siapapun cawapresnya kita yang dukung Jokowi,” ujar Budi Arie saat ditanya wartawan terkait munculnya beberapa nama cawapres pendamping Jokowi di Pilpres (Pemilihan Presiden) 2019 mendatang. Selain itu, menjawab pertanyaan terkait partai-partai yang sudah mulai mengincar kursi Wapres dan Cawapres, Budi Arie berpendapat bahwa hal itu suatu yang biasa dalam demokrasi. “Partai-partai punya kepentingan-kepentingan untuk mendudukkan kadernya, mendudukkan calonnya (capres dan cawapres) untuk kepentingan yang nasional ini. Itu kan juga kepentingan yang lumrah. Namanya partai kan merebut kekuasaan secara demokratis,” tukasnya.
“Ya partai politik kan pasti menyodorkan kadernya lah. Bagaimana memenangkan ekspektasi 2019, menjalankan pemerintahan 2019 mendatang. Dan partai punya aspirasi untuk itu,” lanjutnya. Budi Arie mengatakan, peristiwa politik yang akan datang ini adalah politik baru, dimana dalam agenda pemilu secara serentak ini partai-partai akan mulai memperhitungkan sosok pilihannya. “Saya yakin Partai politik akan berhitung dan mulai berkalkulasi. Sekali dia sudah salah menyodorkan nama capres dan cawapres nya itu akan berimplikasi pada efek elektoral partai tersebut,” ujarnya.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Budi menyebutkan beberapa sosok Cawapres 2019 yang akan mendampingi Jokowi.
“Ya seperti yang disampaikan oleh berbagai lembaga survey, diantaranya seperti ada Sri Mulyani, Gatot Nurmantyo, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, Muhaimin Iskandar, Zulkifli Hasan dan lainnya,” katanya.
Koranjurnal.co.id, Jakarta – Partai Indonesia Tanah Air Kita (PITA) mendesak Kementerian Hukum dan HAM (Kemenkumham) untuk segera mencabut SK Partai Rakyat yang diduga telah menggunakan dan memanfaatkan data otentik Partai PITA dengan cara merubah nama Partai Indonesia Tanah Air Kita (PITA) menjadi Partai Rakyat.
Upaya itu dilakukan Partai PITA selain berusaha untuk bertemu pimpinan (Dirjen AHU), juga menuntut keadilan dari pihak Kemenkumham selaku penyelenggara negara yaitu pihak yang menentukan sah atau tidak daftar nama dan persyaratan organisasi politik di Indonesia. “Kami datang lagi ke sini (Kemenkumham) untuk mencari dan menuntut keadilan,” kata Soetarman, ST.Skom.MM., Sekjen PITA saat memberikan keterangan kepada wartawan di kantor Kemenkumham, Kuningan, Jakarta, Senin (16/10/2017).
Soetarman mengungkapkan, saat mencari keadilan dan kejelasan pihaknya merasa di permainkan oleh Kemenkumham. “Kami ini seperti di ping pong (dipermainkan,red) tidak jelas. Setelah dari Kasubdit AHU Lt. 17 lalu diarahkan ke Irjen Lt. 16, kemudian mendapat telepon dari Direktur Parpol, Kartiko disarankan untuk langsung menemui Dirjen AHU di Lt.18,” keluhnya.
“Ada apa ini dengan Kemenkumham? Kami hanya minta keadilan untuk dapat surat pencabutan SK Partai Rakyat atau keterangan agar Partai PITA dapat rekomendasi daftar di KPU mengingat pendaftaran Parpol terakhir hari ini (16/10),” imbuhnya. Ketua Umum PITA, Dr. H. Haryono Edi Hermawan, MM., juga mengatakan, bahwa dirinya sangat kecewa terhadap Dirjen AHU yang menghindar saat akan ditemui Dewan Pendiri sekaligus Pembina Partai PITA, Prof. Dr. Dymyati Hartono, SH.
“Kami sudah menunggu kurang lebih 2 Jam untuk bertemu Dirjen. Tiba-tiba dia turun lewat tangga seolah kabur menghindar, pejabat macam apa dia?,” ungkapnya.
Seharusnya dia (Dirjen AHU), lanjut Haryono, menghormati orang tua yang sudah berumur. Prof. Dymyati datang sejak siang dengan keadaan yang sudah renta, tega-teganya diacuhkan begitu saja.
Berdasarkan keterangan Tim Advokat PITA, Norman Nasution, SH., bahwa pihaknya telah melaporkan Drs. Frands Peginusa, MM., PHD., ke Polda Metro Jaya sesuai No.LP/4952/X/2017/PMJ/Dit. Reskrimum tertanggal 12 Oktober 2017 yang diduga memalsukan dan menyuruh menempatkan keterangan palsu ke dalam akta authentik.
“Frands yang melakukan pemalsuan, manipulasi bahan laporan yang dimasukan kepada Menteri dengan data-data palsu, fiktif dan tidak faktual,” jelasnya.
Diketahui Frands telah di non aktifkan sejak tahun 2008 dan telah menjadi Pengurus Partai Nasdem Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah sesuai SK DPP Nasdem No. 146-SK/DPP-Nasdem/IV/2016 tertanggal 20 April 2016 dengan jabatan Wakil Ketua.
Selain itu ditemukan kejanggalan bahwa permohonan perubahan Partai PITA ke Partai Rakyat menyalahi prosedural. Permohonan kepada Kemenkumham diajukan tertanggal 15 Agustus 2017 sedangkan Akta Notaris baru dibuat sehari setelah permohonan diajukan yaitu tertanggal 16 Agustus 2017.
“Hal ini jelas pelanggaran hukum, seharusnya kewajiban pemohon setelah akta jadi terlebih dahulu. Bagaimana bisa Kemenkumham meloloskannya? Jangan-jangan ada oknum yang terlibat juga,” cetusnya.
Berdasarkan SK Menkumham No. M.HH-17.AH.11.01 tahun 2017 tentang Pengesahan Perubahan AD dan ART Partai PITA tertanggal 26 September 2017 dan SK Menkumham No. M.HH-18.AH.11.01 tahun 2017 tentang Pengesahan Perubahan Susunan Kepengurusan DPP Partai Rakyat tertanggal 26 September 2017 yang Ketua Umum bernama I Ketut Tenang dengan pemohon yang diajukan oleh Frands Peginusa.
“Ini harus segera ditanggapi oleh Kemenkumham, jika memang terjadi keteledoran administrasi. Tapi jika kabur-kaburan begitu, kami curiga menduga terjadi konspirasi,” kata Norman.

Dari pantauan dan informasi yang diterima pewarta koranjurnal.co.id, tampak sejumlah pengurus tingkat Dewan Pimpinan Daerah (DPD) dan Dewan Pimpinan Cabang (DPC) serta puluhan kader Partai NasDem Jakarta Selatan mulai mendatangi kantor KPUD Jakarta Selatan sejak pukul 08.00 WIB dengan mengenakan seragam kebesaran partai.

Sementara itu diketahui bahwa Pengurus Dewan Pimpinan Pusat (DPP) Partai NasDem menyatakan pada hari ini (13/10) Partai NasDem beserta seluruh pengurus di tingkat wilayah 34 provinsi dan 514 Kabupaten/kota mendaftar secara serentak di seluruh Indonesia sebagai peserta Pemilu 2019.
Salah satu pengurus cabang (DPC) Partai NasDem wilayah Kecamatan Pancoran Jakarta Selatan, Abdul Basit, S.E mengatakan bahwa seluruh jajarannya di kepengurusan DPC Partai NasDem Kecamatan Pancoran siap mengawal proses verifikasi Pemilu oleh KPU agar Partai NasDem lolos menjadi Partai Peserta Pemilu 2019.
“Kami siap dalam pengawalan berkas ke KPUD Jakarta Selatan untuk membawa Partai NasDem agar bisa lolos dalam verifikasi KPUD Jakarta Selatan dan menjadi partai peserta pemilu di tahun 2019,” kata Basit melalui pesan singkatnya kepada pewarta koranjurnal.co.id di Jakarta, Jum’at (13/10/2017).
Sebagai Ketua DPC Partai NasDem Kecamatan Pancoran, Basit menyatakan juga bahwa dirinya siap untuk mengabdi kepada negara sesuai dengan garis perjuangan Partai NasDem yaitu Restorasi Indonesia yang akan membawa perubahan terhadap bangsa Indonesia menuju kearah yang lebih baik.
“Saya siap mengabdi untuk negara ini melalui perjuangan Partai NasDem dengan gerakan perubahan menuju Indonesia lebih baik,” lugas Basit, yang mengaku dirinya juga akan maju dalam pemilihan calon legislatif 2018 mendatang.

Dengan mengenakan seragam kebesaran Partai, para Pengurus Pusat serta Kader NasDem mendatangi kantor KPU Pusat dan membawa serta menyerahkan sejumlah berkas administrasi yang akan dibutuhkan dalam proses Verifikasi Data Pemilu oleh KPU.
“Partai NasDem beserta seluruh pengurus di tingkat wilayah 34 provinsi dan 514 Kabupaten/kota mendaftar secara serentak di seluruh Indonesia sebagai peserta Pemilu 2019,” ujar Jhonny G. Plate, Sekretaris Jenderal (Sekjen) DPP Partai NasDem di Kantor KPU, Jalan Imam Bonjol, Jakarta Pusat, Jum’at (13/10/2017).
Ditempat sama, Jhonny mengapresiasi kinerja lembaga KPU sebagai penyelenggara Pemilu yang telah melakukan berbagai persiapan untuk menunjang sistem demokrasi Indonesia.
“Kami memberikan apresiasi setinggi-tingginya kepada KPU yang pada persiapan Pemilu serentak 2019 telah menyiapkan sistem informasi partai politik (sipol), yang akan menjadi data base untuk menunjang demokrasi Indonesia yang terus meningkat dari waktu ke waktu,” ucapnya.
Pendaftaran Partai NasDem ke KPU ini menjadi partai politik kelima dari parpol pendaftar yang mendaftarkan diri ke KPU untuk ikut menjadi Peserta Pemilu 2019 setelah Partai Perindo, Partai Solidaritas Indonesia (PSI), PDIP, dan Partai Hanura.
Selain itu, Jhonny memastikan dokumen yang diserahkan ke KPU didukung dengan data lengkap berupa hardcopy dan softcopy yang sudah diunggah pada sipol (sistem informasi parpol).
“Partai NasDem kini siap mengikuti Pemilu 2019 dan meramaikan demokrasi Indonesia yang lebih hebat dan lebih maju,” tandasnya.
