Polisi Tangkap 3 Pelaku Pengedar Sabu Pakai Buku

Koranjurnal.co.id, Jakarta – Subdit I Direktorat Reserse Narkoba Polda Metro Jaya menangkap tiga (3) pelaku pengedar narkoba jenis Sabu di tiga lokasi/tempat berbeda. Tiga pelaku tersebut adalah Dodi, Ria, dan Agus.

Kepala Bidang (kabid) Humas Polda Metro Jaya Komisaris Besar (Kombes) Pol Argo Yuwono menjelaskan, tiga orang yang telah ditetapkan tersangka itu melakukan aksinya (mengedarkan sabu) dengan berbagai modus untuk mengelabui polisi.‎ Salah satu modusnya dengan menggunakan buku tebal.

“Dari hasil penangkapan mereka, Polisi berhasil mengamankan sabu seberat 1.766,63 gram yang disembunyikan dalam 3 buku tebal yang telah dibolongi,” ujar Argo di Mapolda Metro Jaya, Jakarta, Sabtu (14/10/2017).

Ditempat sama, Kasubdit I Ditres Narkoba Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Jean Calvijn Simanjuntak mengatakan, modus tersebut terbilang unik lantaran ketiga buku yang berbandrol harga mata uang Ringgit tersebut dimodifikasi untuk menyembunyikan sabu. 

“Modus cukup unik, kami dapatkan di buku, buku ini harga ringgit, kami dalami, penyelidikan,” ujarnya.

Calvijn mengungkapkan, penangkapan ketiga tersangka tersebut dilakukan di tiga tempat berbeda. Bermula pada Rabu (04/10) timnya mendapatkan informasi Dodi, pengedar narkoba akan melakukan transaksi di Jalan T.B Simatupang, Jakarta Timur. Sekitar pukul 14.30 WIB pihaknya mendapati Dodi sedang berjalan menuju taksi untuk menemui Ria. 

“Setelah keluar dari taksi, Dodi langsung disergap oleh tim kami dan kedapatan membawa satu tas warna hitam yang di dalamnya berisi 1 bungkus tempat sabun yang terdapat sabu 89,30 gram,” jelasnya.

Tidak berhenti di situ, Polisi mengejar Ria yang berada di dalam mobil taksi. Kemudian menangkapnya di depan halte busway di sekitar kawasan Ciracas. 

“Kemudian kami menyita 1 kotak bekas pelembab merk Ponds dalam kotak tersebut terdapat 50,15 gram sabu yang dibungkus kertas tisu putih,” jelas Calvijn.

Selanjutnya, sekitar pukul 15.15 WIB Polisi melakukan penggeledahan rumah kontrakan Ria di kawasan Bekasi. Dari hasil penggeledahan, Polisi mendapati 19 bungkus berisi sabu dengan berat 1561,53 gram dan satu tas yang berisi 3 buah buku yang berjudul Shadowhunter Academy yang sudah dimodifikasi dan berisi sabu.

“Dari penggeledahan tersebut dan penuturan Ria,   Dia telah menyerahkan narkoba jenis sabu kepada Agus sebanyak 100 gram,” ungkap Calvijn.

Setelah itu, polisi menangkap Agus di kawasan Jakarta Pusat. Dari hasil penangkapan Agus, ditemukan barang bukti sabu sebanyak 115,8 gram.

Dari hasil interogasi, lanjut Calvijn, tersangka Ria  menuturkan setiap kali pengambil sabu menerima imbalan sebesar 1 juta sampai 2 juta rupiah. Upah tersebut kata Calvijn diterima Ria dengan cara ditransfer.

Calvijn juga menuturkan Ria sudah menerima uang Rp 2 juta pada Selasa (3/10) dan Rabu (4/10) telah menerima upah sebesar Rp 2 juta untuk mengantar sabu. 

“Apabila mengantar sabu ke pembeli dengan jumlah di bawah 500 gram Ria mendapat Rp.600 ribu. Dan jika di atas 500 gram, Ia menerima Rp 1 juta,” rinci Calvijn.

Ketiga pelaku dijerat pasal 114 ayat (2) subsider pasal 112 ayat (2) Jo pasal 132 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 35 tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika.

Pengurus dan Kader Partai NasDem Jakarta Selatan Kawal Penyerahan Berkas ‎Administrasi Peserta Pemilu 2019 di KPUD

Koranjurnal.co.id, Jakarta – Puluhan Pengurus dan kader Partai Nasional Demokrat (NasDem) wilayah Jakarta Selatan mengawal penyerahan berkas administrasi organisasi partai politiknya ke Komisi Pemilihan Umum Daerah (KPUD) Jakarta Selatan untuk menjadi peserta Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu) 2019.

Dari pantauan dan informasi yang diterima pewarta koranjurnal.co.id, tampak sejumlah pengurus tingkat Dewan Pimpinan Daerah (DPD) dan Dewan Pimpinan Cabang (DPC) serta puluhan kader Partai NasDem Jakarta Selatan mulai mendatangi kantor KPUD Jakarta Selatan sejak pukul 08.00 WIB dengan mengenakan seragam kebesaran partai.

Sementara itu diketahui bahwa Pengurus Dewan Pimpinan Pusat (DPP) Partai NasDem menyatakan ‎pada hari ini (13/10) ‎Partai NasDem beserta seluruh pengurus di tingkat wilayah 34 provinsi dan 514 Kabupaten/kota mendaftar secara serentak di seluruh Indonesia sebagai peserta Pemilu 2019‎.

‎Salah satu pengurus cabang (DPC) Partai NasDem wilayah Kecamatan Pancoran Jakarta Selatan, Abdul Basit, S.E mengatakan bahwa seluruh jajarannya di kepengurusan DPC Partai NasDem Kecamatan Pancoran siap mengawal proses verifikasi Pemilu oleh KPU agar Partai NasDem lolos menjadi Partai Peserta Pemilu 2019.

“Kami siap dalam pengawalan berkas ke KPUD Jakarta Selatan untuk membawa Partai NasDem agar bisa lolos dalam verifikasi KPUD Jakarta Selatan dan menjadi partai peserta pemilu di tahun 2019,” kata Basit melalui pesan singkatnya kepada pewarta koranjurnal.co.id di Jakarta, Jum’at (13/10/2017).

Sebagai Ketua DPC Partai NasDem Kecamatan Pancoran, Basit menyatakan juga bahwa dirinya siap untuk mengabdi kepada negara sesuai dengan garis perjuangan Partai NasDem yaitu Restorasi Indonesia yang akan membawa perubahan terhadap bangsa Indonesia menuju kearah yang lebih baik.‎

“Saya siap mengabdi untuk negara ini melalui perjuangan Partai NasDem dengan gerakan perubahan menuju Indonesia lebih baik,” lugas Basit, yang mengaku dirinya juga akan maju dalam pemilihan calon legislatif 2018 mendatang.

Partai NasDem Daftar Jadi Peserta Pemilu 2019

Koranjurnal.co.id, Jakarta – Partai Nasional Demokrat atau NasDem mendaftarkan organisasi partai politiknya sebagai calon peserta Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu) 2019 secara serentak di seluruh kantor Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) di Indonesia. Dengan mengenakan seragam kebesaran Partai, para Pengurus Pusat serta Kader NasDem mendatangi kantor KPU Pusat dan membawa serta menyerahkan sejumlah berkas administrasi yang akan dibutuhkan dalam proses Verifikasi Data Pemilu oleh KPU‎.

“Partai NasDem beserta seluruh pengurus di tingkat wilayah 34 provinsi dan 514 Kabupaten/kota mendaftar secara serentak di seluruh Indonesia sebagai peserta Pemilu 2019,” ujar Jhonny G. Plate, Sekretaris Jenderal (Sekjen) DPP Partai NasDem di Kantor KPU, Jalan Imam Bonjol, Jakarta Pusat, Jum’at (13/10/2017).

Ditempat sama, Jhonny mengapresiasi kinerja lembaga KPU sebagai penyelenggara Pemilu yang telah melakukan berbagai persiapan untuk menunjang sistem demokrasi Indonesia.

“Kami memberikan apresiasi setinggi-tingginya kepada KPU yang pada persiapan Pemilu serentak 2019 telah menyiapkan sistem informasi partai politik (sipol), yang akan menjadi data base untuk menunjang demokrasi Indonesia yang terus meningkat dari waktu ke waktu,” ucapnya.

Pendaftaran Partai NasDem ke KPU ini menjadi partai politik kelima dari parpol pendaftar yang mendaftarkan diri ke KPU untuk ikut menjadi Peserta Pemilu 2019 setelah Partai Perindo, Partai Solidaritas Indonesia (PSI), PDIP, dan Partai Hanura.

Selain itu, Jhonny memastikan dokumen yang diserahkan ke KPU didukung dengan data lengkap berupa hardcopy dan softcopy yang sudah diunggah pada sipol (sistem informasi parpol).

“Partai NasDem kini siap mengikuti Pemilu 2019 dan meramaikan demokrasi Indonesia yang lebih hebat dan lebih maju,” tandasnya.

Program Diminta Bayar, Tim Kuasa Hukum ‘Wava TV Cable’ Go TV Kabel Indonesia Minta APMI Tunjukkan Dasar Somasi 

Koranjurnal.co.id, Jakarta – Tim Kuasa Hukum ‘Wava TV Cable’ GO (Gabungan Operator) TV Kabel Indonesia meminta dan mendesak pihak Asosiasi Penyelenggara Multimedia Indonesia (APMI) untuk menunjukkan secara jelas dasar hukum atau legal standing perihal surat teguran atau somasi yang dilayangkan kepada PT Wava Ungaran Visi Utama (Wava TV Cable) dengan No.158/Apmi/IX/17 tertanggal 26 September 2017, yang diwajibkan melakukan pembayaran terhadap sejumlah program tayangan tertentu.

Berdasarkan surat kuasa khusus tertanggal 5 Oktober 2017 bertindak untuk dan atas Direktur Utama mewakili PT Wava Ungaran Visi Utama (Wava TV Cable) yang beralamat di Jalan Semangka No. 7 Ungaran, Jawa Tengah, Tim Kuasa Hukum Go TV Kabel dengan tegas mempertanyakan atas dasar apa, atau legal standing seperti apa menerbitkan surat somasi kepada Wava TV Cable.

“Perlu kami sampaikan kepada saudara setelah kami membaca surat sebagaimana pada point 1 (salinan somasi yang ditunjukkan) di atas menjadi pertanyaan bagi kami atas dasar apa, atau legal standing MNC Group dalam menerbitkan surat somasi sebagaimana point diatas,” kata Muhlis, Sekretaris Jenderal (Sekjen) GO TV Kabel di Jakarta, Jum’at (13/10/2017).

Berikut ini jawaban dan tanggapan atas surat somasi tersebut antara lain; bahwa benar kami telah menerima Surat No.158/Apmi/IX/17 perihal surat teguran/ somasi tertanggal 26 September 2017 dan diterima Apmi pada tanggal 29 sep 2017.

Selain itu, Tim Kuasa Hukum GO TV Kabel mengingatkan agar APMI segera menunjukkan legal standing somasi tersebut.

“Ketua Apmi harus dapat menunjukkan dasar/legal standingnya dalam tempo 3 hari dari tanggal jawaban surat somasi kami,” tegas Muhlis.

“Apabila tenggat waktu tersebut di atas tidak terpenuhi, maka kami meminta kepada saudara untuk memberikan klarifikasi atau permintaan maaf di Koran Sindo selama 3 (tiga) hari berturut-turut satu halaman. Dan apabila tidak saudara penuhi dalam tempo 3 hari, maka kami akan melakukan tindakan hukum baik perdata maupun pidana,” lugas Muhlis.

Dari salinan somasi dan tanggapan yang diperlihatkan kepada para wartawan, atas nama Tim Kuasa Hukum Go TV Kabel Indonesia, Paul Alexander Oroh, SH, tertera ada 13 poin yang ditandatangani di dalamnya atas jawaban dan tanggapan somasi. Surat tersebut juga tertera tembusan kepada: 1. Bapak Presiden RI, 2. Bapak Menkopolhukam RI, 3. Bapak Menkominfo RI, 4. Ketua KPI Pusat, 5. Chairman MNC Group.

Perisai Berkarya Gelar Nobar Film Penumpasan G30S PKI

Koranjurnal.co.id, Jakarta – Organisasi Pagar Negeri (Perisai) Partai Berkarya menggelar nonton bareng (nobar) film penumpasan G30S/PKI di halaman Kantor DPP Partai Berkarya, Jalan Pangeran Antasari, Jakarta Selatan, Sabtu (30/09/2017).

Sekretaris Jenderal (Sekjen) DPP Partai Berkarya Nurchalis yang juga selaku ketua Panitia Pelaksana mengatakan bahwa Perisai mengadakan nobar dengan tampilan berbeda.

“Malam ini ada video ucapan terimakasih kepada Jenderal Soeharto yang pada saat itu telah menjalankan tugas dengan baik dalam memberantas PKI dan mengutuk keras pengkhianatan PKI,” ujar Nurchalis kepada wartawan di lokasi acara.

Hal itu sekaligus membuktikan bahwa Bung Karno bukan hanya mendukung upaya pemberantasan G30S/PKI, tapi juga berterimakasih karena Pak Harto menjalankan tugas dengan baik.

“Alangkah indahnya ucapan terimakasih itu, menunjukkan kepada generasi muda kemesraan antar negarawan, harmonisnya dua tokoh bangsa dan kompaknya mereka menjaga NKRI yang kita cintai,” ujar Nurchalis.

Sementara itu Ketua Umum (Ketum) DPP Perisai Berkarya Tri Joko Susilo menegaskan sebagai sayap terdepan, secara atraktif, deklaratif dan proklamatif secara terus menerus mengawal agenda ketua dewan pembina bapak Tommy Soeharto selaku pembina Partai Berkarya dan Perisai Berkarya yang salah satu perhatian pak Tommy adalah membentuk karakter dan ideologi generasi muda dalam menjaga kelekatan antar elemen bangsa di rumah bersama NKRI.

“Pak Tommy seperti yg kita ketahui itulah sejarah yang sebenarnya di film itu. Pak Tedjo selaku ketua dewan pertimbangan partai dan lain lain juga sudah mengundang para purnawirnawan Jenderal, tokoh bangsa dan masyarakat termasuk masyarakat disekitar kantor DPP Partai Berkarya untuk hadir membangun kebersamaan menjaga Pancasila melalui nobar ini,” ungkap Tri Joko Susilo, S.H.



Hal yang unik lain di nobar ini, tambah Nurchalis, ada orasi para tokoh bangsa, Purnawirawan Jenderal dan tokoh-tokoh dari Papua yang menyatakan sikap dengan menyerahkan ribuan KTP untuk berjuang dan berkarya bersama Partai Berkarya diantaranya adalah ibu Iruth dari Papua dan pak Harjani yang juga mantan ketua Partai Gerindra di Kalimantan Barat yang akhirnya memilih menjadi Ketua Perisai Berkarya di Kalimantan Barat.

Sekjen Partai Berkarya berharap dengan acara ini Perisai Berkarya semakin dikenal oleh masyarakat, Partai semakin mendapat dukungan deklaratif untuk lolos verifikasi di Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) dan berharap masyarakat semakin waspada terhadap ideologi PKI.
